Product Availability: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. If a product you ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you and may offer a substitute, backorder, or refund.

Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via G-Pay, PhonePay, debit card, credit card, and other UPI methods. Payment must be completed before your order is shipped.
Order Confirmation: Once your payment is processed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email or SMS. This confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your order, which may be subject to verification.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Locations: We currently ship within India only. Shipping to international locations is not yet available, but we plan to expand our shipping options in the future.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs may vary based on the chosen shipping method and delivery location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to track the delivery progress.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Return Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect products. Perfumes are non-refundable unless they fall under this category.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please refer to our Return Policy and contact our support team at support@devot.com. You must provide your order number, product details, and a valid reason for the return. Returns must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
Refunds: Once a return is approved, we will process your refund within 24-48 hours after receiving the returned product. A ₹300 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and shipping charges.

7. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of IGNYTE TRENDSS and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Usage Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or republish any content from our website without our prior written permission.
