At DEVOT, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please review our return policy and instructions below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Non-Refundable Products: Perfumes are non-refundable. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged or incorrect products.
  • Condition for Return: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unopened, and with all original packaging intact.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, contact our support team at support@devot.com with your order number and reason for return. Please ensure that your reason is valid and within the scope of our return policy.
  2. Approval: Once we receive your return request, our team will review and approve it. We will then provide you with instructions and a return shipping label if your return is approved.
  3. Unboxing Video: For damaged or incorrect items, an unboxing video (recorded while opening the package) is required to process the return.

3. Return Process

  1. Return Shipping: Use the provided return shipping label to send the product back to us. Products sent back without our consent or proper authorization will not be accepted.
  2. Inspection: After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  3. Refund or Replacement: If the return is approved, we will process a replacement or refund. Please note that a fee of ₹300 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and handling charges.

4. Refund Process

  • Refund Timing: Once your return is approved and the product is received by us, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 24-48 hours via G-Pay or online transfer.
  • Proof of Purchase: Ensure that you provide proof of purchase when initiating the return.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal Preference: If you do not like the fragrance, it will not be considered a valid reason for a return or exchange.
  • Sale Items: Sale items are non-returnable except in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect.
