  • Non-Refundable Products: Perfumes are non-refundable unless they are damaged or incorrect.
  • Condition for Refund: The product must be returned in its original, unused, and unopened condition, with all original packaging intact.
  • Refund Request: Refunds are only eligible for products that have been returned in accordance with our return policy. Products that are damaged due to misuse or items returned after the allowed period are not eligible for a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Initiating a Refund: To request a refund, contact our support team at support@devot.com with your order number and reason for requesting a refund.
  • Approval Process: Once we receive your refund request, our team will review your case. If your request meets the refund criteria, we will approve it and proceed with the next steps.
  • Unboxing Video: For damaged or incorrect items, you will be required to provide an unboxing video (recorded while opening the package) to assist in processing the refund.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund Timing: Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your account within 24-48 hours.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued through G-Pay, PhonePay, or online bank transfer, based on your initial payment method.
  • Refund Charges: Please note that a fee of ₹300 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping, handling, and return charges.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Fragrance Dislike: Refunds are not granted if you do not like the fragrance of the product.
  • Sale Items: Products purchased on sale are not eligible for a refund, except in cases where the item is damaged or incorrect.

5. Return Shipping

  • Return Shipping Label: If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions for returning the product.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Products sent back without our prior approval or proper return authorization will not be accepted.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We will guide you through the process of returning the product and issuing a refund or replacement.
