Delivery Information

1. Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days (if ordered within specified time frame).

2. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all orders.
  • Expedited and Overnight Shipping: Costs vary based on location and order size.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp. You can use this ID to track the progress of your delivery.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (excluding holidays).
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days (if ordered before the cutoff time).

5. International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship within India only. We will be introducing international shipping options soon.

6. Delayed Orders

  • In case of any delays, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp. You can always check your order status using the tracking ID provided.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund as per our return policy.

Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Perfumes: Non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

2. Initiating a Return

  • To start a return, please contact our support team at support@devot.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • If your reason is validated and approved, our team will guide you through the return process.

3. Return Window

  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product. After 3 days, we will not be able to process returns.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Fragrance Dislike: Not a valid reason for return.
  • Sale Items: Not eligible for return or exchange, except for damaged or incorrect products.

5. Refunds

  • Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 24-48 hours of receiving and verifying the returned product.
  • A fee of ₹300 will be deducted for refund charges (including delivery and return charges).

6. Unboxing Video Requirement

  • An unboxing video (recorded while opening the package) is required to process returns for damaged or incorrect items.

7. Return Shipping

  • You will receive a return shipping label and instructions once your return is approved. Products sent back without our consent will not be accepted.
